Israelis stole Falafel from the Arabs!

I love cooking and it bugs me seeing falafel recipes that are attributed to Israeli cuisine. Falafel probably originated from Egypt not Israel. And Israel is a very new country (founded from stolen Palestinian land) so Israeli cuisine is really just a mish-mash of various foods from various Jewish traditions.
